Special Needs community of San Antonio. No two vendors will be permitted to offer the same item/craft/game. Food/Game/Activity/Retail selections are available on a first come, first serve basis. Once an item is selected by a vendor, the item will not be available for selection by any other vendor. Once your Registration Form is submitted, you will have 10 days to return your signed agreement, original registration form, and registration fee to secure your vending item selection. Failure to meet the 10 day deadline will result in your selected items being released for selection by another vendor. Please read the Vendor Agreement completely and thoroughly before signing and submitting.
