2025-2026 Benefiting Organization Agreement Form
Agreement Forms may be submitted no later than 7 days from the date of your invitation email or August 30th, whichever comes first.
Benefiting organizations are selected by the Fiesta Especial® Royal Court candidates to benefit from 40% of the candidate’s total campaign funds (minus the credit card processing fees from all online transactions of the campaign.) The first $250 of these funds will be applied toward a disABILITYsa basic nonprofit membership for your organization. Selected organizations must complete the agreement form in its entirety and agree to the terms to qualify as a benefiting organization in the Fiesta Especial Royal Court program.

AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- All funds received will specifically be used directly in programs and services that will benefit individuals with physical, cognitive or sensory disabilities located in the San Antonio area.
- Promote and/or highlight the candidate’s campaign.
- Have a representative attend the Coronation event to participate in the ceremony to acknowledge the court member's efforts on Friday, January 23rd, 2026. (1 Complimentary Admission. Additional Tickets are $35-$60/person.)
- Recognize the Royal Court member and the Fiesta Especial® contribution in an agency newsletter/website/social media. You will be required to show proof of publication.
- Submit a report within 12 months of receiving the gift outlining the impact the funds have had for our organization.
Your disABILITYsa membership will begin on Jan 1st, 2026 and actual monetary funds will be distributed at the conclusion of the program year in June, 2026 once all agreement requirements have been fulfilled.
