Benefiting Org Agreement
If you are 8 years of age or older and either don't meet the minimum age requirement or aren't quite ready for full enrollment in the program, we invite you to register as a Friend of the Royal Court.  This is an introduction to the Royal Court program until you're old enough or ready for the full Leadersthip & Life Skills Development program.  As a registered Friend of the Royal Court, you will receive the following program benefits:
  1. Admission for one (1) to the Campaign Kick-off party on Sept. 11th
  2. Participation access to the medal workshop on Oct. 22nd
  3. Admission for one (1) to the Royal Court Reveal Party on Dec. 4th
  4. One (1) 2023 Fiesta Especial® Medal and pin
  5. Participation in the program appearance workshop on Jan. 14th
  6. Back stage pass and two (2) complimentary tickets to the 2023 Coronation on Jan. 18th
  7. Friend of the Court program sash
  8. Special invitation to the Alumni Induction Party at the end of the 2022-2023 program year.

    AUTISM LIFELINE LINKS

    disABILITYsa is a partner organization with Autism Lifeline Links.  As such we work to help collect data on individuals with an autism diagnosis in an effort to make services more easily accessible and robust in the San Antonio community.  If the program participant has or is currently seeking an autism diagnosis, this section is optional to help further San Antonio's autism services.
    This specific information presented above, unless included in another area of the enrollment form is not for public consumption and will not be posted, publicized, or used in any other way except in our work with Autism Lifeline Links.  If you have declined to create awareness around you or your child's disability, this information will remain private.

    I grant disABILITYsa, and its representatives, the right to take photographs of myself/child/dependent in connection with the above-identified program.  I authorize disABILITYsa, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.  I agree that disABILITYsa may use such photographs of my child and family with or without my/our name(s) and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
