Fiesta Especial Royal Court Mentor & Coaching Program

Do you have experience with campaigning, fundraising, youth leadership, or supporting community service projects? Then you might love serving as a Mentor or Leadership Coach for the Fiesta Especial Royal Court program! 

​​Mentors and Leadership Coaches guide participants as they set, plan, and achieve their campaign, fundraising, and leadership goals. Volunteers have the unique opportunity to help expand participants’ networks, provide encouragement, connect candidates with community resources, and share knowledge to support their journey toward meaningful community impact.

Mentors and Leadership Coaches are asked to make a commitment to:​
  1. Contact their assigned candidate and/or candidate’s family once a week to check in, offer support, and provide advice.
  2. Assist candidates with thinking through the details of their campaign and leadership development plans.
  3. Share personal experience and best practices in campaigning, fundraising, leadership, and community engagement.
  4. Make introductions and recommendations that help candidates move forward—including connecting them with supporters, collaborators, or essential resources.

As a Royal Court Mentor or Leadership Coach, you will receive:
  1. Name Badge
  2. Fiesta Especial® Swag
  3. An invitation to Mentor & Coach Orientation and Mixer at the Campaign Workshop (September 6th) 
  4. Complimentary admission to the Campaign Kick-off (September 14th)
  5. Complimentary admission to the Reveal Party (December 7th)
  6. Complimentary admission to the Coronation (January 23rd)​
