What is Fiesta Especial?

Fiesta Especial is an official Fiesta San Antonio event created for children and adults with physical, cognitive and developmental differences and the family and friends who love them.

Fiesta Especial 2012 is organized and hosted by four organizations that serve children and adults with special needs: River City Christian School, Reaching Maximum Independence (RMI), disABILITYsa.org and u|ability, a special needs ministry of University UMC.

Please note - Fiesta Especial is an alcohol-free, drug-free and weapon-free event.
Entry Fees for Fiesta Especial 2012  - $5 per person
Tickets for food, rides and games are available in packs of 5 tickets for $5. 
Entry Fees for Fiesta Especial 2012 Promenade & Parade 2.5 Mile Fun Run & Walk - $10 per person
Registration includes complimentary general admission to the Fiesta Especial event.

Updates

02/18/12:  We were all over the news today with our fabulous Royal Court!  WOAI 1200 Radio, Express News Metro Section and WOAI 4 6'oclock news.
02/11/12:  We received a donation of three princess dresses from the Cherice Cochrane Foundation for Success today!
02/10/12:  We received a donation of the rental of 6 tuxes from Royal Tuxedo Bridal & Prom of San Antonio (8235 Agora Pkwy, 78154).
02/06/2012:  We just go our first Bazaar Vendor confirmed today!  Welcome FashionABILITY to the event! 
02/04/2012:  We spent the last two days combing through the shelves at Charming Charlies and Atlantis Discovered to find the perfect crowns, tiarras, head pieces and capes for our fabulous Royal Court!  The decisions are made just yet, but we have a beautiful selection to choose from.
