Celebration Day Volunteer FAQ

VOLUNTEER HOUSE KEEPING
Please bring a hat, sunscreen and water bottle.  Water will be available, but the use of your own container is appreciated.  Snacks and Water is available for you in the Volunteer HQ.  You are also welcome to bring a cooler for your personal items.  Restroom facilities are available via the Porta Pottie units provided by the Carnival Grounds.

VOLUNTEER ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Upon arrival, please check-in at the Volunteer Check-in Table and they will get you set-up in the right location with the right equipment.   Volunteers will receive a volunteer badge, VOLUNTEER wrist band along with any equipment required to complete your task at the event.  Volunteer Badges will need to be returned at the end of your shift.  You can pick up your volunteer service letter at the end of your shift as well.

Please do not leave prior to your scheduled departure time.  Assistance with the set-up and tear-down of your area is included in your time slot.  There is a period of transition between shifts to allow Shift 1 to help orient the new volunteers arriving for Shift 2.

Shoebox Parade Judges:  Please check-in at Volunteer registration for a wristband and then head back to the stage to connect with Pam Kelly.
